will a 25 hp rude lower unit parts fit a 35 rude? If so what year of 25 will interchange with a 1982 35 evinrude? Will a johnson fit it ? thanks

usually a 25 will fit a 35, i BELIEVE...if they are same years ad vintage, i dont know about your specific year... and yes a johnson will fit a eveinrude, they are the same as buick is to pontiac is to oldsmobile is to chevy.... get it?!?!?

The 25 lower from a 1982 will certainly not fit on a 35HP as 35HP have thru hub exhaust, which 25HP didnt come with intill around 1992 I believe.

Any 1976 to 1984 20 or 25 HP Johnnyrude lower unit will fit your 1982 25 HP
