On my rinker i have the US Marine controls, the internal box is very sloppy i can move the lever about 1.5 inches before i actually can move the throttle. I want to swap them out for a set of quality chrysler controls that i have, the problem is where do i put the ignition switch in the old chrysler box? I also have tilt and trim where can i put the trim/tilt switch?

If you have the full sized surface mount box, some of them came with a hole in the face for a switch. You do need to remove the plug and you do need to use a short ignition switch. If you have a behind the gunwale mount control there is no room for an ignition switch.

I don't believe Chrysler ever put a TnT switch in the control box or handle. Again, If you have a surface mount box then there MAY be room to put a separate single pole MOM switch inside the box with the handle on top--awkward though and I personally would not do it.

So, you are limited to putting the ignition and TnT switches on the dash. On my Glastron V153 the dash was too thick for the tilt switch so I fabricated an aluminum bracket that screws under the dash
