A three pole switch (On-Off-On) cannot be wired correctly unless a diode is incorporated into it. Nav/Anchor lights must be operated as follows: Under way both the bow and stern lights must be on. When anchored ONLY the stern light should be on. You cannot wire the switch correctly unless the switch includes the previously mentioned diode or unless a six terminal switch is used.

Another less complicated method would be to use two standard ON/OFF switches. One for the Stern light (Stern/Anchor), and one for the Nav light (Red/Green).

Another would be to use a push pull switch with 3 positions. OFF, On circuit one, On circuit 1 and circuit 2

Circuit 1 would be the Stern/Anchor Light
Circuit 2 would be the Nav (Red/Green) light.

Care must be taken when choosing this type switch as some that look the same are Off, On 1, On 2. But you can't use both circuits at the same time.
