Switchbox test procedure - 1984 115 HP I6

Is there a way to test the switch boxes on my I6 without using a DVA? I dont have one available, and I have found the stator not functioning. I want to be sure that I dont get another surprice when I have replaced the stator.

You gotta replace the stator first. Then MAYBE you can test the switchboxes by swapping them.
