i have a 1974@ 45hp model 457hf . little boat w/ stick steer 15ft. , it used to go f a s t ... .
burnt the head gasket and bent the prop. switched the prop and headgasket. the new prop. is smaller in diameter maybe pitch also.
i have no rpm guage or speedameter. i can see the wake is closer to my seat than before by the same rpm than i heard before but the wind does not flip my hat as before.
what is the stock size for a 350lb. (DRY WEIGHT) creek boat ?

There really isn't a "stock" size...
The old prop will have a P/N or size either on the nut-end of the hub or possibly between 2 blades.
The water-line may be closer to a fwd location due to a couple of reasons of which 1 may be that the new prop has less lift capabilities...that "could" be from a smaller diameter or just a different design.
Somewhere on that old prop, the numbers will be there.
