sx-c1 volvo penta outdrive waterpump?

Ok just got a new boat and im new to out drives tag on out drive says 3868389 from what I can tell thru the forums is that its a omc outdrive labeled as a sx-c1 volvo drive, anyways I need to know if it has a water pump impeller in the lower unit or if the raw water pump does all the work. 97 chris craft 19 concept with 432bplkd omc volvo tagged 4.3 gm motor. Any help would be awsome. Thanks

No, there is no raw water pump is the SX series drives. They are always engine mounted pumps.

The model number 432BPLKD is an OMC model number. Volvo and OMC were in a joint venture from 94 to 98. Same engine and drives, just different decals and part numbers on some items.
Here is where you can look up the OEM part numbers for your engine and drive.
