sx-m outdrive squeaks when turning

my 1998 sx-m outdrive squeaks when turning the wheel or grabbing out drive and turn it, engine is not running. is there anything that i need to grease of spray lube... the only zerk on out drive is for gimbel bearing...

its coming from what i do believe is the side to side pivot point on the out drive, sounds like a squeaky hinge
