I am trying to do the synk and link adjustments on my 1972 65 hp johnson and the manual calls for a 4 31/32 inch distance from the end of the throttle rod to the face of the yoke on the throttle adjustment, Where do I take this measurement from? The rod turns 90 degrees and goes into the timing lever, do I measure from the outside edge or the inside edge?<br />Thanks
