I run the muffs on my 2008 T8 outboard. With the engine running, no water comes out of the top (pee hole). I connect the hose to the flushing connection and water comes out of the top (pee hole). With the muffs on, should't water come out of the top (pee hole)?

does it come out when running with motor lower unit sitting in the water?
