Tach 150 1985 johnson

Tach Pegs at half throtle,been around a few outbourds and 2 strokes ,its not even close to high Rpms,,Is this the tach or could it be somthing else,Thanks for any help,,this is a great board thanks!

It needs to be a tach for E/J and set on position 6. E/J brand is highly recommended!<br /><br />Good luck!

I cant say 100%, But I think its the oringinal tach,I purchased the boat about six months ago ,from a widow,she really didnt know a whole lot about the boat and I didnt ask alot,,,1985 Pro Craft 150 Johnson ,,,Hardly used
