That tach harness is not really neaded. The tachometer can get +12 volts and ground from an adjacent gauge. The "S" terminal on the tach connects to the gray wire in the engine harness and there may already be a pig tail hanging there. But if you want to spend the money, any Evinrude dealer should be able to provide it as would the gauge manufacturer. Check right here on Iboats as well. After all, they provide this great forum.
