Problem: When the ignition switch is "off" the tach needle goes all the way to the right and pegs out. When the switch is "on" it pegs out all the way to the left past 0. WHat do I need to look for here? The boat is a 21' 1991 marada 5.8L cobra drive. The tach is not working at all, I have gone through the wiring diagrams and everything seems to be hooked up correctly. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
