Tach stopped working

Just wondering if I need to replace my tach. Its a Faria tach with hour meter. The hour meter still works however the needle just stays at zero. Was working perfectly fine then just quit. Engine is a 4.3 Volvo GXI. Thanks for any advice.

Its probably the gauge
If you have a handheld tach, connect it to the same gray wire on the tach to verify

Not sure which Faria tach you have or how old it is, but Faria does offer some repair capabilities if you really like that one. Just a thought...
