Tachometer signal

Is there a simple way to connect a tach to my motor? Specifically, 1971 model 18HP Evinrude. Thanks for any tips.

Thanks for the lead to Tinytach. Looks like a good unit and easy to connect. I am trying to bring an old Boston Whaler back to life and was thinking of an analog gauge but may give this a try.
