I had a very hard time trying to find a Tach that would work on my 88 Force 125, due to it having a 20 Pole alternator. So I have decided to post here what I had found, for anyone else needing the same type tachometer. I hope that this information will help anyone else that has tried to find one, or might be looking into it in the future. This should at least help save time on the researching part. The part is located at http://www.beede.com/3AT-0301.htm

So if anyone has been trying to find a tach to put on this engine to beable to swap Props, this one works perfect.

It reads up to 8000 Rpms. This engine has a range of 4500 - 5500 so I needed one that would show at least to the higher end of the RPM range.

The company is really easy to deal with, they are the manufacturer, but will give you the name and number of a dealer that you could purchase from.

Thanks,
Bryan
