Tahoe 2150 Bulge Pump Issue

2016 Tahoe 2150 bilge pump runs constantly even with power off. No water is pumping out. I think debree is stuck and also possibly flit is stuck. How do I access the pump. Can’t seem to find where it is located.

Can't you hear it running? Can you follow the discharge hose back to the pump? If it's running with the power off start tracing the wiring issue. Start at the switch with a digital voltmeter to find out why the switch isn't working then go from there.

I had that exact problem on my 1950 Tahoe. The problem was that the flipper switch attached to the pump had a piece of fiberglass that cause the switch to be constantly on. Once I cleared that it works fine. The pump on mine boat was about 6-8" from the rear drain plug.
