I have always seen a lot of Scuba Divers at Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe and understand there are a few other spots on the lake that are popular for diving.
Any Tahoe boaters out there that have had luck with just simple snorkeling around the sandy shallows?
We ae looking for a fun diversion while boating for our kids and neices/nephews. Age ranges from 4 to 14. Pobably going to pick up some spring wetsuits for the 68-70 degree water too.
We are wondering if anyone knows about good brands vs bargain junk we should stay away from. Or other ideas about snorkeling in Tahoe, ie. good places or otherwise. One thing for sure we will get is a diving/snorkeling flag for safety.
Thanks
