Here's a real basic question....<br /><br />How do I get the prop off my Minnn Kota? I took the wing nut off but it seems to not want to budge off the shaft. The prop has a lot of fishing line around it.
My motorguide gets stuck sometimes too. What I do is take a rubber mallet and tap ( NOT HIT ) the shaft while pulling on the prop. You might check and see if your shear pin is straight too.
