Howdy everyone.

You can help support this board by participating in 2 very interesting surveys. This is the first time we have tried something like this. We also have good news that 10 people will be chosen from those who fill out the surveys to win $100 iboats gift certificates! The survey company doing this is very reputable and the info you give is for research purposes only. Individual privacy is protected.

Feel free to do one or both and you will be entered into the drawing for each survey.

1st survey: Click Here to give your thoughts on all the OUTBOARD MOTOR manufacturers! You guys are going to like this! Tell the manufacturers what you really think of their products. It will take you about 15 minutes to complete.

2nd survey: Click Here to give your thoughts on all the PERSONAL WATERCRAFT (PWC)manufacturers! This one is for those of you who ride/own PWC's and will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.

Thanks guys for helping keep these boards going strong.

Do you have any type of advertising blocking program on your computer? Can you even see the links in my original post? It also take about 3-5 seconds to take you to the survey page.

You missed a question, mav.
But what I don't understand is how the surveyors get any useful info from such broad questioning, while not taking into accouint certain parameters (such as hours and other motor types, maintainence adherance, ect). But then, I am not a surveyor, and wouldn't know what to ask if I was.
Surely, they want to know what we want in an outboard,--what motivates us to buy one before another. But the reasons are so fluid, that I would think a study from direct sales would be more informative and concrete.
This is JMHO, and I had trouble selling candy bars in high school band, so I'm in awe of this 'science'.

Who is paying for the survey? Just curious.
