I have a 1979 Clinton 7.5HP. I noticed that when I changed the gear oil it was mixed with water. I also noticed that it is not pumping water to cool the exhaust(air cooled head water cooled exhaust). I took off the screw under the exhaust and and another nut opposite of the propeller and I still cant get the bottom part off the look at the impeller. Any suggestions?
