I have a 1989 Galaxy 20 ft boat with a tandom axle trailer (not really sure of the make). i have a small garage, but i think i can get it to fit it in there but it would have to be from corner to corner. but its so hard to move by hand and when i push it with the truck its hard to judge where i am in the garage. my questin is is there a way to push it by hand? ive tried taking 2 of the wheels off, but it just bottoms out the ties that are on there. ive tried jacking the toung all the way up and all the way down, but no luck there. i think my next move are wheel dollies, but wanted to look for a cheaper solution. if anyone has any ideas let me know. thanks!!

Ayuh,... Tandems turn Hard, loaded or empty...

You'll probably end up with dollies, or it may not work at All...

Buy an old yard tractor. With any engine of 10 HP or more it will move the boat just fine provided you don't live on a hill where the rig can get away from you.

If you got a harbor freight or similar store around, look for furniture dollies. Harbor freight in my area has them for 3.99 or 4.99 all the time and with 4 of them under all 4 tires you can move it at will. We do this with my boss's sailboats all the time and they are big.
