whats the best way to refinish the teak on your boat, i just got the boat not too long ago and the teak looks faded and water stained, any help, thanks guys

Bleach to bring out the color and remove the dirt.
Sand to make it smooth
Cetol for the finish

thanks i wasnt sure what to use i had thought of spar, or teak oil,

What Don said, except I would use a teak brightener to highlight the grain before using the cetol.
