Teleflex Performance Steering Tilt

the part circled in that picture is loose.. do i need to buy the full steering tilt or i can fix this one??? if yes.. what do i need to buy to fix it (link)???

What is loose about it? Maybe the wheel is just loose on the spindle. I think you should investigate a little more or explain the problem in more detail so others can help. Here's a link to Teleflex manuals.

The part that is loose is the middle on the one that holds the wheel, i can move it in circles, like when the wheel was in there i was able to move my wheel in circles.

im not sure but i think that part is called the joint

sounds like bearing is shot. replace helm.

can i buy the helm by it self? or it would be a better idea to buy the entire piece..?
