The tan wire on the port head on my '94 120hp looper has corroded and come off the sender behinf the plastic or rubber cover, effectively disabling temp alarms. It looks like sender is NLA and NOS ones still floating around are $$$. I haven't pulled it apart to look yet, but Is it possible to resolver the lead without damaging the sender?

200 would be the closest for mine, the manual for my 86'110 says the sensor triggers at 211 +/- 6 degrees. I don't see if/why it would have changed for other years.... I wen't with 190 because I have overheated two outboards! The horn wasn't working on the 110 smh.
