I don't see a forum that clearly indicates where I should put a post about a temperature problem on my Westerbeke engine. Any ideas where it should be posted?

Thanks,

Re: temp sending unit, which forum

The Westerbeke is my 12.5 kw power plant without a temp sending unit or guage. The sending unit alone is sixty something dollars. I was wanting to buy a sending unit/guage combo at a more reasonable price if that is possible and I was wondering where to go to purcase one. I'm sure that any Westerbeke dealer could fix me up for a hundred or more, but that sure seems like a lot for a temp sending unit and a temp meter.

Any suggestions?

I found a package deal at O'Reily Auto Parts that included a temperature sending unit and meter that fit my Westerbeke engine perfectly for $22. I thought the engine might have been running hot, but it was only running at 160 degrees.
