Terminal grease?

Hey all. Just finished getting the instrument cluster on my runabout back in shape; new connectors, heavy duty switches, new gas guage, etc. Should I use some sort of grease on the guage and switch terminals to retard corrosion? The old ones got a bit crusty over the years and caused me problems. Everything is new now, but I want to avoid having problems in the future. What do you think?
Conductive grease? Vaseline? Dielectric grease?
or..Nothing?

Thanks
H90

P.S. This pic is for Jason J. This center console
lives in Maine and was built stitch and glue style from plans purchased from one of the afore mentioned boat plan sites in a recent thread. You can see some neat projects in their gallery.

I use some stuff caller "Liquid Electrical Tape" and coat all the terminals with it.

c/6
Hooty

Liquid electrical tape? Do you use it on male/female
spade terminal connections, like after you plug it in you seal any exposed areas and it seals it up water tight? Sounds good.

Jason, go here and scroll down on the left and click on "customer photos", then "customer photo archives". The center console is one variation of a model they call the 'cabin skiff'

enjoy,
H90
http://www.glen-l.com/
