Does anyone know how to get the thermostat out of the housing on a 1992 omc cobra ford 5.0?

You need to make sure you get the rubber o-ring out. Then as Bond-o said, dig

You have to be very careful and take your time digging it out. Don't gouge the metal or you will have serious problem.

UPDATE! The thermostat came out with no problem and the new one went right in. Thanks for the help, guys!
