My little toy fox terrier goes everwhere with me <br />even to the bank where she demands her sucker. We were fishing in a stock tank one day and I caught a small bass. After unhooking it I threw it back in the tank, she was used too them going on the stringer, so she dove in after it. This was a deep tank and it was over her head. Terriers dont swim verry good , thier feet are too small. when I helped her out you could see by the look on her face she was embarrased.

The owner of the campground we used during my childhood had a Dachshund that fished. We would catch small perch and give to the owner for his trot line and he would put them in different sized buckets. The dog would go put its face in the water and dig around until it pulled out a fish. It was the wildest thing to watch.
