No tests for pack. If all the inputs levels are correct going into the pack ,but you've got nothing coming out ,then the pack is bad. You will need a DVA meter to measure those inputs.Much different than a conventional volt meter in that it reads peak voltage in a short time and is adjustable too a broad range.
