Test props

Going to get rid of a bunch of test props but I can't figure out what this one fits...
Thought it was a 9.9 to 15 JohnnyRude but while the shaft fits the hub doesn't go up inside.

These are the casting numbers, anyone know?

I did, this one seems to be a casting number not the OMC part number
