Hello,<br /><br /> I have 2004 60hp Merc EIF, approx 4.5 hours on it<br />I was testing wot quickly to see where Max RPM reaching at. I plane tbe boat and trimed the mtr until. It reaches 5700rpm , I started hearing beep or buzzer come on.. why?. The mtr label says<br />Max rpm 6000. any info will be appreciated.
