I noticed that the controls for my 1984 70hp I just picked up needs some sort of tether. It looks like a cap that just goes over a button. Previous controls I've had don't have a tether. Where might I get a new tether? Is there a universal tether? Or can I just rig up something that keeps that button pushed down? Thanks for the help.
