I know this is based on old news, but I thought I'd take a moment and talk about this.

By far the last few years of my life have been hell, with my legal problems, the ramifications that has placed on me for limiting job possibilities in the future, etc sometimes makes me feel like a new member of the pity party.

First of all, I did what I did, so brought on my troubles myself.

I just saw the previews for Terri and Bindi Irwins new series on Animal Planet. Neither of them asked for what happened to them, yet they both came back strong. That little girls strength and courage to carry on her fathers tradition brings tears to my eyes almost a year after their tragedy.

Lets take a moment to thank God for what we have, instead of complaining about what we don't. Thank him for the hardships he places in our lives, as they make us stronger. I'm not worried about being forgiven, because Jesus Christ died for our sins, and I've repented with the Lord. I have to thank him for all I have, a loving family, a decent job and expectations of great things in my future.

Liberal or Conservative, we all need to take a moment and reflect on our lives, and think about how good we really do have it.

And with that I conclude this post,
Amen.

JOB 5:17-18;
"Blessed is the man whom God corrects;
so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.

For he wounds, but he also binds up;
he injures, but his hands also heal".
