I have finished the major part of the evinrude 200 powerhead rebuild/crankcaseswap. Waiting on the weather to clear up before i can reinstall on the leg. The build wasn't too bad at all. Getting all the parts together was the real pain. I made a wrist pin tool out of a pair of aluminum crutches in the garage. worked flawlessly to put that clip in. the hardest part was getting the crankshaft sealing rings lined up, along with the main bearing locating pins. Took a few tries, but it all went in well. I used the search function literally HUNDREDS of times in the past few months, answering a lot of my questions. Thanks to the guys on here that take their time and share the knowledge. a few pics of the powerhead while it sits on my creeper...

Got it running to day... even though it needed a little adjusting, it fired up with only 3 seconds of cranking. I squirted a lot of oil into the carbs before I started it. What a great sound to hear an engine (that was in pieces days before), roar to life:)
