want to thank frank and jerry for the much needed help. i have this 1986 50hp motor that i have been tinkering with all summer.
rebuilt the carb, and fuel pump.
new hoses (alot of them)
new coils, points, plugs, wires.
adjusted the linkages.
checked the compression again, its still 135 pounds in each cylinder
i installed a voltage regulator, dont know if it works yet.
cant wait to test it on the water!
