Took my boat for a check ride Thursday. The "Clanking" sound was the shifter contacting the clutch, (Out of the water), in the water it sounded like I thought it should. Ran the boat for about an hour, no leaks, and it ran great. Being new at this out drive fix'n and working by myself. I was sure thankful that guys like, Don, achris, and cr2k were around to assure me as I worked on my drive unit alone. You guys are great and have a unique way of getting your point across. Just wanted to say thanks to you guys and iboats.
