So...I know I do always go on about these too much, but having just recently looked through my GPS tracker app from last year, I saw the results recorded from one of the last times I used this boat before putting her into storage, in favour of a more useable cuddy with fuel sipping outboard.
Hadn’t checked it before and just goes to show how good these props are. All be it that the boat only had a few gallons of fuel in it and as light as it would ever be. Most of seats and gear removed for storage and camper hood completely off it.
A staggering machine for such a heavy heavy 18ft boat. Dry weight is over 3000lbs...V8 Mpi Merc. Going to miss it !

Its all about fun, go for it E---- away :D

But that is funny, maybe just a little

Haha. About that fuel sipping..let me tell you...I now often get a hard time off friends for crossing over to the dark side and on team 4 stroke outboard 😂. Often get funny looks walking down the pontoon carrying only a 5 gallon Jerry can to fuel the whole day on the water !

Miss it? Did you sell or or just not able to use it now?

I was worried since we hadn’t heard u speak of the Enertia in a couple weeks you had swapped it for a black max...

Haha. I just figured I’d give you all a break for a few weeks.
Didn’t sell it Scott. Never will either. Too rare and special a boat to ever try and get back. Put it into storage to keep it good. The worry might be that I fear the MPi engine probably won’t like not being used every weekend. All tips welcome on long term storage of such a thing. Got everything covered in inhibitors spray and all the basic things done.
Still managed to buy an enertia for the outboard powered cuddy I’m now using though 😂. That also goes superbly. 19ft deep v cuddy with only a merc 115 CT. 20” enertia and 44.3 mph GPS. Just amazing. Although I’ll add that a 19” tempest plus ran nearly as well too.

Can buy a Pallet of Enertia props(and People complain about what one Enertia costs) for what the Unproven Sharrow has been listed at.

From now on the E word will be known as “that prop, we dare not speak of”. For fear of attracting attention. 😂

I wonder if we say it 3 Times, will Micheal Keaton pop up out of the Ground?

Impressive, whatever you were running.

Thanks ! Yeah. Constantly amazed me, that boat. For something with cupholders, fancy seats and furnishings...etc it’s some machine. Hundreds of kilograms heavier than any other 18ft like it, that I’m aware of too. Does so well. If conditions are right and once it’s up on its pad...there can’t be many 18ft boats with a windscreen quicker than it...
Unfortunately the weather in Scotland means it doesn’t often get the chance to be wound right up, with the hood always on and a horrible chop on the water. Probably best suited to one of the lovely big lakes you guys have there.
