ALRIGHT!!!! LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE MORNING AFTER!!!!! ^WOOOO^WOOO^WOOO^WHOOO HOOOOOOO^!!!!!!! <br /><br />OH! I'm sorry. Am I typing to LOUD for some of you? <br /><br />Everybody have a fun night last night? She herself and I drug in about 4am. But I'm good this morning. Didn't over do it last night. After the celebrations, we went to a near by all night eatery for breakfast after we made sure all the kids made it home OK.<br /><br />But we be good!! Just wish the cat would stop walking across the carpet so loud!

yeah, OBJ,, i made it back unskeathd.. really didn't drink at all (hardly )..glad i didn't.. had to go thru 2 roadblocks in 4 miles to get home. <br /><br />i'm out-the-door,now... headin' for the MUMMERS PARADE in philly.. it ought to be great.. warm sunny day an they moved it back to BROAD street this year ... where it oughta be..where it belongs<br /><br />it's hands down the best party goin' ..<br /><br />i'll be routin' for my favorite stringband again this year,,'frailenger stringband'.. they just gotta win some year..

We had a difficult time staying up to midnight.....We boiled shrimp, had some friends over....barely drank anything (which surprised me )<br /><br />Saw the new year, kicked the company out and went straight to bed....now it's time to clean up!<br /><br />Hope everyone was safe this new years!

I usually do not celebrate New Years, as I don't really drink anymore and it is hard to stay awake. It was snowing and I figured I would have to get up at 4 AM this morning to plow, but the storm petered out. I do have to plow today, but it is at my leisure. I got to sleep in until 8 AM today, which is a rarity. Hope everyone elses New Year was a good one, and lets hope for lots of great boating this year!

We ( wife & I) had a great time.<br />We had a handfull of people over at our place and got to bed about 3:30 this morning.<br /><br />I feel pretty good though.<br /><br />We will see how I feel in a couple of hours......<br /><br />I still got a little buzz.

spent the eve putting together my girls present from me, a 32 inch Panasonic stereo TV with a free O'Sullivan Jumbo TV stand, got it together by 1045<br /><br />had a few buds and a tumbler of Crown Royal on the rocks ... and a roast beast sammich for dinner, after having a chicken and beef steak sammich for lunch<br /><br />So I wake up with zero hangover, none, feel fine that way ...<br /><br /> BUT MY FREAKIN TOE IS KILLIN ME WITH GOUT HAPPY STINKIN NEW YEAR I HATE BEING OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <br /><br />ah well, beats the alternative!<br /><br />

Here in Brewton AL,(the Blueberry Capital of AL), they close off the street and have a really good band come in and all the dowtown shops are open and at midnight we have a Blueberry Drop... I know kinda corney but good clean fun for the family. At midnight they have a whale of a fireworks show. Happy New Year To All.

Hey Castaway, it seems we both brought gout in to 2004. If the gout dont get ya the meds for it will. Felt worse this morning as if I had been on a all night drunk. Still working on me. Was in bed at 10:30 after neighbor called the cops on us for shooting fireworks with my 5yr. old grandson. He will get his. That's my story!!!! <br /><br />Taz

I got some black cherry juice, my toe feels better already, good stuff<br /><br />three bucks a quart vs ten bucks a pill too, lol<br /><br />the downside, pure cherry juice, no sugar, no cane syrup, no NOTHIN but juice, 180 calories for 8 ounces, nearly a pints worth of beer, grrrrrr<br /><br />if ya gots a fresh fields or some other organic supermarket /health food store, they should have it too

Castaway, I'm with ya on the Crown Royal. Had a couple tumblers-on the rocks. We sat in the neighbors hot tub for a spell then went in and ate shrimp and lobster, wished everyone a Happy Happy, and snuggled in our own bed by 12:30. I usually kick off ice fishing on the 1st so never stay up too late. Did my Mom's birthday celebration today so ice fishing season starts in about 8 hrs after a Crown Royal and a good nights snooze. Happy New Year to all the good people at Iboats!!!

You are all invited over to listen to my neighbor's kid hit the freakin drums for 6 hours! I say hit cause he has no clue how to play them... If I drank and had a hangover, well... good thing I don't drink I guess his folks didn't have a hangover either cause they would have never been able to stand it
