Hi all,

I have an evinrude 90 approx. 10 years old. It has the correct prop and the butterflies are wide open in the carburettors at full throttle, the boat planes correctly, the fuel mix is right, the air intake is correct, it is fitted to a 15 foot fiberglass half cabin, previous motor was a 85HP Chrylser, boat only takes 2-3 adults (250KG) and the motor is fitted correctely.

The problem is that the motor feels like it has more power left in it when the throtle is wide open and that I am unable to extract extra power, in other words I consider that it should be able to go another 5 knots faster.

Any ideas???????
or am I dreaming????????????

--------------------
Cheers

Omega Man
