thermostat temperature? when should it open?

1985 force 85 model 856x5l I have pulled the thermostat to check it and make sure its working properly and I was wondering what temperature it should start opening and reach wide open ? Thanks guys.

If its like my thermostats, it has the degrees stamped on the face. 130, or 143, etc.
