while out on the lake checking my spark problem, I had the motor turned completly to the right so that I could reach the spark plugs while the engine was running at idle, I then turned the motor completly to the left (port)so that I could check a terminal block on the other side and the rpms increased?
My rpms increase when I turn the motor left and decrease when I turn the motor right. I though maybe carbs were doing this so I trimmed the motor up real high and it still did it? What!!!

It's probably just your the fact in one direction, you are taking up slack in your throttle cable causing it to speed up.

Did you check to see if when you turn the motor, it is not pulling the "Throttle" cable?

+1 on moving the throttle cable when turning the engine.
