When i rock the boat on the trailer i hear water sloshing around.. as im new to boating i seriously doubt theres suppose to be any water in the boat.. i have removed the foam and deck so i know its not there...but it sounds like its coming from under this part..

... now can i cut a hole in it to pump the water out or will it jepordize the hull

its a fiberglass hull tho.. is that glass right there still part of the hull??

i found the problem.. but nowhave another one.. how do i fix the two holes in the hull now.. i put in a mixture of resin and cut up stratnds of glass. but didnt filll it to well. so i figured i just put to much resin in.. .. well i put that in.. 1 peice of glass inside and tomor ill put anthoer inside for double protectin.. but how do i fix it on the outside of the hulll??

How big of a hole? If it's very large, may need to sand the area around it, from the outside, and put a piece of fiberglass over it. Sand flush, prime, gelcoat and wet sand to blend.

theres 2 the biggerst one is is 1/4 in . used a small dremmel to do it..
