This my boat stand what do you think?

It may be a little over kill but better safe than sorry. It did not cost any thing just stuff that was laying around the shop, and some finds from the neighbors trash. I will put carpet over everthing befor I put the boat on it, also some thing people were throwing away Freebies are always a good thing.

I assume you must be starting some work on your boat? It certainly does not look like your boat will be going anywhere. Now all you have to do is mount that all on a frame and put some casters on it. Then you can roll it around at will.

Why will you just not leave your boat on the trailer?

trailer is better , you wont want to walk around in it with it up on blocks, what kind of work also , removing the cap or floor and it can distort

I have to take it off the trailer to fit it in the garage. I also have to take the sterdrive off. So I wont have room to move it around in the garage any how.

I will use some other bracing for the sides before I take the cap off. wish I didn't have to but the counsol and the bow seats are part of the cap and it sets on the floor. I am going to put a new deck in it and hopefully that is it HAHAHAHA Yea right.

yes realy do spend time makeing sure it dosent distort . i hung my cap over the boat using pully system hanging from rafters , hoisted it 5 feet above boat , your back brace looks prety good and might make it happen .
