This old boat

Hy there. I am kinda new hear and i have enjoyed reading about your boat projects and i am ready to start my second boat project. my first boat is a 13' fiberglass row boat that i rebuilt. My new project is a 1969 Chrysler Courier 229 with a 1970 Chrysler 105 i look around a lot and picked this boat up for $400. I have found that most boat that age are in bad shape and i am shear i will have to rebuild her from the keel up which is ok by me { it is going to be a long winter her in Utah } and i Thot i wood share my ordeal with you guys.but my first project is to get my pic.to post.I hop this works thanks Brian

I have a chrysler 20' center console, they're built heavy !
I'm in the middle of trying to seacast the transom this weekend before it turns too cold. You'll likely find the same as I did , most of the wood under deck gonzo, foam in good shape....maybe.

Hy there i hope you have good weather for your project. i was wondering if you had to poll the top off your boat to do the deck.
