This worth 450?

This is listed for 450, not sure what year it is and the pic looks like it may have the metal quick release as well. Is this worth 450 or should i try to haggle more? He laughed at 350

12 volt 55lb thrust power drive with 54" shaft. Has copilot and built in transducer with a Garmin 160 fish finder. It has the foot control and the hand held remote. Every thing works fine. Price is firm.

depends on if the unit has the maximizer or not ( 2006 or newer IIRC ). An older unit would also be limited to the Copilot, with a 2006+ unit, you could upgrade to Ipilot.. The 160 fishfinder is probably a $50 unit at best. That's an early 2000's unit.. A new Power drive 55 goes for almost $700 without the Copilot, so it's not out of line if it is new enough..
