Thoughts for Deck Covering ?

I was thinking of covering the deck of my boat with this stuff after glassing it.

What do you think ?

expensive, and heavy. i would consider this, used on jet ski's.

Edit: Just looked at it again and it says it is waterproof. If it is the stuff I'm thinking of it isn't very heavy. Might be OK. Keep us posted if you use it.

Edit 2: Looked a third time and at 1 lb for a 2' x 2' square I figure it would do my 16 foot boat for less than 20 lb and about $100 for the 1/2 thick variety. I'm intrigued.

I Think I will give it a shot !
They would be removable so I could dry them or the deck If I had too !

itr's not UV stable so it would depend how much time your boat spends outside uncovered. i used something similar on one of my boats inside of the storage compartments to stop vibration and it seems to be working ok for that.
