Thoughts on 82 SeaRay?

Well, I'm looking at a different boat now and this one popped out at me:

1982 Searay
model SRV195
I/O Mercrusier.470 inline 4cyl.

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about these? What to look out for?

I have little knowledge of I/O's but I've been on this forum long enough to know that you RUN from the 470.
