why not just get something like this to clip to your boat?

that is what I use... I leave it tied to a dock cleat and clip it to a bonded cleat on the boat when I park it in its slip... it works well and its easy to remember because the dock cleat is the same one I tie off to. you can get them at west marine or online

We need more information , props dont just degrade like that unles you getting electrolsys or your giving the electrolsys
Figure out who is giving it and cut their power cords or their automotive battery charging cords

Someone in marina uses that grouper but it does not seem to help at all.

Yes, it could even be making the problem worse.
I’ve been called in many times to troubleshoot this problem on a boat that the customer thought that more anodes would correct the issue. Rarely were they right. And it’s really too bad because this is one of the cheapest problems a boat owner can do themselves. The tools required are inexpensive—— good voltmeter and reference electrode. The time and knowledge are where it gets expensive if you hire someone.
