Hello-

I am re powering my old Glasspar with an 88SPL of early 90's vintage, and the threads in the arm are pretty rusty. My prior motor, a 45 Honda, used what looks like 10mm fine thread for the bolt that connects the stainless arm from the steering cable to the tiller arm.

Is it 3/8" fine thread? Just want to get a tap to clean the threads and then the appropriate bolt for this.
