Hey all... It's been a looooong winter!<br />I have 1988 25hp Evinrude Tiller Handle.<br />The throttle cable is starting to bind up in the casing where it bends when you fold the tiller arm back. I'm assuming that I have to replace the cable. Does anyone know the procedure to do this? <br />Thanks,<br />Paul
